ABOUT US
I’m Ely, a Licensed Massage Therapist (FL: MA105130, IL: 227.023801), Medical Aesthetician (FL: 9806728), and a Personal Trainer certified by the American College of Sports Medicine. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a Minor in Sport Management from Northern Illinois University. I am a Level 1 Neurokinetic Therapy practitioner, a USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach, and I am M.A.S.S. Level 3 Certified by Bommarito Performance Systems. After working in pro sports and transitioning to sport performance training, I’ve dedicated my career to helping clients optimize their health and performance. With a passion for movement and the belief that exercise is the best medicine, I combine my expertise in skin and muscle care to deliver a comprehensive wellness experience.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows without prior notice will be charged a 100% cancellation fee. I do not provide refunds for late cancellations or no-show appointments. I am happy to cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge with at least 24 hours advance notice from scheduled appointment time.
